This service is used to find out about--and SOLVE--any kind of problem at a retail, walk-in store. Use this service to tell your store anything you want and still keep your identity a secret. TellMyStore.com^TM can be used for any size or type of store that subscribes to this service.

This private feedback service works in two ways:

1) If you wish to report a problem with a store (as a "problem-reporter"), then you can report the problem to our service WITHOUT telling anyone (including us) who you are. We will then alert the store to access the encrypted problem report (which even SolvAnon® staff can't read) at SolvAnon.com. Then, they can address the problem before it gets worse.

OR

2) If you wish to receive a store problem report (as a subscriber), then you can sign up to get such anonymous tips before a problem gets worse.
